Let us take the hassle out of managing your property so you can sit back and enjoy the returns. We utilise technology to manage property where possible with expertise in multi-channel bookings for holiday lets with software like Eviivo and Super Control or tenant management software — we take care of everything in 1 location and keep you up to date and informed at all times.
- Hosting and Co-hosting – we will help you host your guests by communicating with them
- IT systems and booking management – we will help you set up an automated system for a better guest experience and to allow you to get more of your free time back!
- Marketing – We can help you understand social media, facebook ads, and more!
- Planning & Staging – We can help you apply for licences, furnish your property using known, detailed sellers and can work with small or unique spaces and take professional photos.
- Staffing – We can help you find the right house keeping team to take care of your property.
Our hosting and property management services are charged at 5–20%, depending on which of our five core service packages you choose.
Each property is priced individually. Some services require a one-time setup fee, while others are billed as a percentage of revenue while your property is actively managed.
We also offer flexible cancellation — you can cancel at any time, and if you have paid annually, we will refund any unused portion on a pro-rata basis if you are not satisfied with our services.
We have a limited number of properties that we would take on and manage at any time and this depends on our current workload and capacity. To discuss us managing your property please take a look at our contact. us page.
Our properties are fine tuned to aim to achieve a minimum of 70% occupancy all year round.
