Common Question: Why can’t I book 3-4 days in August?
Might be because of several reasons:
- We tend to only allow bookings up to a year in advance, and if you call us we can probably arrange it in more advance if you prefer.
- We also tend to only allow 7 nights minimum to begin with during that year opening and then later we allow short term stays. This is to maximise the longer bookings we can get, while also then maximising occupancy with shorter stays in between. This is one of many ways we ensure 70% occupancy average.
