Our flat has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. We have 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom with a bunk bed.
We are close to the town with a short 5 minute walk to all the main shops – the nearest cafe is 2 minutes away. Tesco and Aldi are a 5 minute walk or drive right next to the flat.

newly renovated
Our flat was renovated in 2023, and comes with brand new heaters, appliances and furniture.
We are replacing and upgrading our furniture all the time where possible and all of it now is brand new.
Dog friendly – we allow dogs to stay!

Our flat is uniquely situated on the top floor of a block of flats in a 3 storey building with panoramic views of the town.
We recommend you read our FAQs and welcome pack provided on booking. This will give you all the information you need to plan a successful stay and to make sure you follow our rules particularly about waste disposal (using our flat’s bin store provided there are 2 bins, 1 for general waste and 1 for recycling).

BOOK With us
Interior
We are working all the time to upgrade our beds, furniture and fittings. We have selected Scottish Fine Soaps to provide handwash, shampoo and conditoner for guests at present their ‘SEA KELP’ range in keeping with our seaside theme.
We provide linen and towels – our towels and linen are to a good standard and some of our sheets are from the White Company and a very high thread count – but depending on the number of changeovers they may not always be hotel grade.
Our interior design, fittings and fixtures was done by the owner and host Nicola Griscti with the help of local artist/interior designer Sally Nicol. All the photography was done by and can be purchased from Gordon Nicol Photography.
Dog Friendly
We allow animals to stay in our property. Our garden is fully enclosed but we do not have a closing door at present so it is recommended dogs are kept on lead when you are letting them outside. Grass for them to do their business is available but please pick up after your animal!
